Garbage
Absolutely garbage!!! This makes me so mad. Had the frame for a few years and it was good at first now it says renew and it won’t let you renew the service.
Not Supported Any Longer
No longer supported, cannot send new pics because it says I must renew my contract. Only worked for 2 years. Paid over $100 each for 2 frames for Christmas frames. Very upset!
Trash App
No support!! Frame renewal is non existent. Website is not working. Go with a name brand and afford Chinese companies!!
Unrenewable
The frame worked great for a year or two. Then the “service expired” and I can’t send any more pictures to the frame. It won’t let me renew the service, so I am just stuck looking at old pictures. I also cannot find any numbers or emails for customer service to resolve this issue.
Don’t buy
Same as others. It worked for a while but now will not work. Will not let me add pictures and states I need to renew but not able to renew. Even if it does later I would hope I don’t need to pay. Don’t buy no support

Can’t send pictures. Can’t renew. Waste of money now. Worked good at first now can’t do anything with it. And I can see now nobody to contact and no help. Will not buy this product again or use Sharelife app.
Won’t let me renew
Wont work says I need to renew my service but there is no service to renew and no customer service or email to use to get help. I am so frustrated!!
App is useless!
App says I need to renew my service for my frame, but all the links I found point to a dead end. There appears to be no way to renew my service. The whole point was to be able to SEND pics to the frame frame afar.

There’s no support team to call or email. I guess it’s time for a new one. I wouldn’t recommend this digital picture frame to anyone.

Renew???
I received this as a gift two years ago and now photos will not upload because it has expired???? When I try to update through the app (as it directs me to) it does not allow me to do so.
Tells me I have to renew and pay
Our son got us a digital frame about 2 years ago and it has been great. I recently tried to upload more pictures and both the app and the frame are telling me I need to renew my service and pay ??? Of course the photo frame people will not get back to me. Guess it is time for a different frame. I wouldn’t get another Akiyo frame or use this app.
