Garbage
Absolutely garbage!!! This makes me so mad. Had the frame for a few years and it was good at first now it says renew and it won’t let you renew the service.
Not Supported Any Longer
No longer supported, cannot send new pics because it says I must renew my contract. Only worked for 2 years. Paid over $100 each for 2 frames for Christmas frames. Very upset!

No support!! Frame renewal is non existent. Website is not working. Go with a name brand and afford Chinese companies!!
Unrenewable
The frame worked great for a year or two. Then the “service expired” and I can’t send any more pictures to the frame. It won’t let me renew the service, so I am just stuck looking at old pictures. I also cannot find any numbers or emails for customer service to resolve this issue.
Don’t buy
Same as others. It worked for a while but now will not work. Will not let me add pictures and states I need to renew but not able to renew. Even if it does later I would hope I don’t need to pay. Don’t buy no support
