Both in Samsung and Apple, ot says We cannot log you in, An error has occurred while we try to log in to your account

It won’t let me log into my acc it’s takes forever
The scan and go
I never write reviews on App Store, but the scan and go feature is an amazing feature in this app, its a life saver especially in Ramadan.

يوجد الكثير من المشاكل بخصوص الحساب وقفل الحساب وكثير من الاحيان يختفي الباركود وما اقدر اسوي سكان ولا شي !

Poor App
I was signed out automatically maybe during the application update. So I tried to sign in but something went wrong. It says “AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED when we try to log-in to your account”. So i just thought to uninstall the app and installed it again hoping that i wont encounter the same issue however, unfortunately error has occurred again.🤔😤🤯
How can I redeem my points if this issue happened all the time since we need an app to redeem? 😤

Products not showing
The product that I want was a simple mint fresh mint and I know if I go to the Sharjah coop I will find it there on stacks this application is incomplete and needs to be removed I will not recommend this application to anyone.
