Worst experience

I ordered van ( called dispatcher) for a fixed price. Then waisted more than 30 minutes waiting while they searched for a free van. Finally received call from driver stating that he increased price more than 35 % for No reason. It just like he wants to charge more. Then I tried to make a complaint, however support desk just drop the phone when I try to explain the matter
