Doesn’t work
No connect to WiFi. Very disappointing !!!

Connexion with wifi away in another’s place than home is working, but I was expecting to be able to connect anytime with data only. When attempting to connect with data, the sharp.USA page cannot load: why is that? After that, reconnecting with wifi can even fail. I was expecting to have better remote control than that.
Update: the pairing of the heat pump with the app seems to create conflicts or malfunctions. The interior device of the system is trying to reconnect with our home router since more than one hour, and it seems that the heat pump is now more in line with what we have set on the remote. I am now strongly thinking of uninstalling the app and disconnect entirely from the router.
Update 2: after installing iOS 26.2.1, I don’t receive any statistics f the heat pump.

The unit disconnects constantly from wifi
Broken app and system simply do not work. False advertisement… insulting at the price point we pay these things.

Tout est dit. Ça serait le temps de mettre l’application à jour car elle est très désuète, manque de fonctions et on ne devrait pas devoir se reconnecter à chaque utilisation.

Took a while to connect it (manual didn’t work) but the app works perfectly so far!

Login impossible, reset password not working. New user… can only be US. … not even sure this would work anyway. Terrible app.

The timer portion of the app basically doesn’t work. One of my heat pump units turns itself off and on at unscheduled times and there seems to be no support available.
Useless when you are away
In order to control paired device you must be connected to the same Wi-Fi. Thus you cannot control or change schedule when you are away.

The Sharp Air application is really outdated, which is surprising given the advanced technologies used.

WiFi Won’t Connect
I can’t get past connecting. Follow the steps to “A8” the look for the Sharp Air and nothing ever shows up on my WiFi list. The app might be good if I could use it.
Cannot ever pair
Always fails. Wifi no problem. But pairing always fails.

The app is impossible to install. The instructions seems to be written by a 3 year old.
