Simple AM and PM steps, water, and a few lifestyle habits that actually move the needle. Check them off daily. Small steps, every day. Once a week you re-scan. The app compares your new photo to the last one, looks at how consistent you have been, and adjusts the plan. Stuck after weeks of doing everything right? It swaps the active ingredients.
