It’s a scale but not very smart
It works as a scale, but using the app to log weight does not work.
Clearly abandoned now
Clearly sharper image does not care about the past purchase of their scale and do not care to keep their app working correctly. And the new app does not work for my scale. I will recommend no one to ever purchase products from them.

This was a fantastic scale when I first got it. And now? Nothing works. Won’t show body composition, won’t save any weights. Totally useless now.
App not working
Scale itself works great; but doesn’t sync with the app. Keep getting “data error” messages. I’m guessing that the last update was 7 years ago that they aren’t doing much with it anymore. Ironic as they’re still selling the scale

Started out working good. But now it will not record my weight and/or do a body analysis. I can only see my weight on the scale. Which makes it purposely now. App needs to be updated

The scale won’t connect to the app properly to get a reading for BMI and other things on the bottom half. It only shows weight and won’t save.
it’s not syncing
i’ve had this scale for two years, in the beginning it synced with with the app & i could view my history. but we’ve started using it again & changed the batteries & everything & it’s not syncing with the app. it’s saying weight data error but it’s showing me my BMI & weight.

Sharper Image Scale
I am about to delete this app and throw the scale in the trash. Every time I turn around it goes back to kg instead of Ibs and now it will not recognize rd my weight and gives me an error message. I have no idea how to fix this problem. I have done every suggestion on the internet but nothing seems to work. This scale just adds more frustration to the weight-loss effort.

App no longer works
If you just purchased this scale hoping to use this app, I recommend returning the scale and going for another option. This app hasn’t been updated in 6 years and it no longer works. There is an error every time I try to save my weight.
Update ruined all
I used to be able to see my body fat and muscle percentage. Not anymore. Also can’t record my weight which is the whole purpose of the app!

But it seems like sharper image has stopped updating the app and now it won’t save any info such as weight progress. Disappointed.
Unable to save weight data
Scale app works fine under Android, but on iOS my iPhone can connect to the scale and read my weight, but as soon as I try to save the weight data to plot it, I get an error and the data is never saved. Defeats the purpose of having a smart scale.
