i was enjoying the first few levels but then they started to use AI, i wouldnt have paid for the full version if i knew they used AI :/ looks like trash when the art style was actually pretty nice before

(I will GLADLY change my opinion if it turns out I’m wrong or they change the game, but until then this is my review)
Alright, to start off, the puzzles in this game are REALLY good in my opinion. Sure, I got stuck from a lack of direction a few times, but the puzzles and setup are both extremely fun to play through!
…then, there’s a quiet undertone during the ending of the second chapter where the portraits animate and it looks a liiiiittle off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved on.
The third chapter's thumbnail may reuse previous assets, but one look at the character portrait reveals a very distinctly ai look, one that persists through what I could muster of the chapter before skipping to see if the rest also used ai
Ignoring the ai political cartoon art style to once again give the benefit of the doubt, the very first puzzle of the fourth chapter, the rotating tiles one, has a VERY distinctly ai generated animation upon completion, so I once again skipped forward.
While the fifth chapter's art style COULD be manmade, some images can definitely be seen as animated via ai.
Knowing this, look at how simple the game's layout and graphics are. Everything is so simply drawn and the focuses are not even complex in the first place, and yet they STILL suddenly decided to use ai! I am frankly appalled and it’s disgustingly pitiful.
If there is a way to refund the $2 I spent to unlock all the chapters, I genuinely want to know so I can get my money back
