Love this app! Everything is always correct, always has Convenient drop off times and the driver is so nice. This app was a lifesaver! I don't get out much and I seem to spend a lot less because I'm not looking at things that I don't need. Highly recommend.
Still unreliable. Shouldn't be this hard to make a grocery app functional.
Previous review mysteriously disappeared when I tried to edit it. Problems abound and app has gotten worse over time 1. Still completely unable to send invites to family members - says "email is not configured on this device yet," which is nonsense; no other apps have issues detecting the email app which I have configured as default in iOS settings. SMS invites never arrive. Family members cannot be managed on the website, so this feature is just completely broken. My wife has to use my login to see our grocery list. 2. Looking through search results, tapping on items opens the items above them in the list. This issue happens across multiple sessions, after app is closed and reopened, etc. If there's an advertisement/recommendation carousel between two items in search results, then the item below the ad is simply not able to be opened. 3. I'm right-handed, so the obnoxious AI search and scan functions are placed just so I accidentally open them when I'm trying to use the search bar. I find it hard to believe that anyone asked for these, but the implementation is embarrassingly bad UX.

App not showing weekly ad
The app was working fine up until last week. Now it says my device is not connected to a network when I try to view the weekly ad. I have tried signing out and signing in again, restarting my device, and uninstalling and re-installing the device, and nothing works. This issue makes the app almost impossible to use. Please fixt if!

Loved this app for years, used it to save money weekly and now it’s difficult to use, prices change without notification and there is forced AI usage. I’d rather stop

Money saver
Eertime I actually use it I get like $10 off or so on my groceries.
Always issues
Always issues with orders, not letting you choose substitutes for sold out items and chat is never available. Impossible to contact customer service and when you do, they don’t follow up despite telling you they will.
Absolute worse customer service
Delivery driver stole entire order and was offered a replacement order which was never put through, then asked for a refund. They didn’t put that through either! Had to call multiple times just to get my money back and was offered nothing for the inconvenience. Don’t waste time on delivery.
The Websire is difficult to use
The screen jumps up and down much of the time. The sequence leading up to payment is confusing and not straightforward.
Poorly made
There are always service issues if you clip coupons too fast. Hey shaws - how about an auto click all button? Or how about just using our number and NOT making people clip coupons. I wish i had a different grocery near me. Your app sucks. My time is valuable to me. I resent the time i spend in your app.

A well-designed app and major time saver
This app makes grocery shopping so easy! It has saved me untold hours over the years. Three suggestions that would make it absolutely perfect - 1) Allow a specified quantity for substitutions! If I order 5 potatoes and my substitution is a bag of potatoes, it would be great to say 1 bag rather than 5. I currently put this info in the notes but it’s time consuming to do this for every item. 2) On the Buy Again page, as I scroll down and it loads more items it skips down so I have to scroll back up to find where I left off. 3) Also on the Buy Again page, if I search something and then hit back to go back to the list, it takes me to the top and I need to scroll way down to find my spot again. There was a time when it would remember your place, at least temporarily, but it doesn’t do that anymore.

Please get rid of the stupid ads flicking by while I’m trying to use the app for what I want to do. I don’t know why you brought them back. It’s annoying and taking up space in my small screen. I want to see my clipped coupons like before, I had to hunt for them. This new update (Aug. 2026) isn’t great.

Convenient, but sloppily run
This is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve ordered groceries including multiple frozen items, ice cream, pizzas, etc. and the delivery takes multiple orders to neighboring towns before delivering my items to my home that is literally .1 miles from the store. I understand that 3rd party delivery services are terrible and unpredictable. But someone needs to do better. Period.
