Some great savings always in this app and I am happy I have it.
Good savings but VERY INCONVENIENT
The app can be extremely inconvenient when you just need to get your damn groceries and then flash is always shoved in your face and there’s no free flash option even when you have tons of points and then the pickup and delivery windows fill up too quickly rather than 2 hours before to select that window and it feels like it’s on purpose to force you to pay for their flash option . It’s incredibly inconvenient, honestly they should just allow the 1-2 hours before to keep or select the reservation if the store is literally open until 10pm but it’s like a worse version of Walmart in being incredibly inconvenient and trying to force you to pay for their flash option. THEN, there’s the unnecessary ai that is just extremely useless and helps absolutely no one, humans handle human issues better than ai will and it really doesn’t help with anything that you can’t look up or find yourself.

So never works in store
I would rate this ap higher if the actual Shaws store wasn’t a vortex where my phone has zero service-even when joining the Shaws WiFi the ap does not work
Pharmacy amazing
My dr had to talk to Jerry about my meds and getting them in from a different pharmacy because it’s a harder med to find. Jerry has gone above and beyond. And she said Jerry is the best pharmacist she’s had the pleasure of dealing with. Keep up the good work.

I love this shaws app much more especially this healthy points. It makes me being more active and shop healthy foods often. Thanks a lot for this option.
Made my day when I wasn’t feeling well
Everything is always fresh and the employees are so very kind and courteous helping to get my bags in the car and there were only a few items that were unavailable. When you’re not feeling well shopping this way is a godsend.
Search partially broken
This is a helpful app, but search has not been functioning normally. More than half of my searches go to the “thinking” screen, and never produce results. The only way out is to force-quit the app. Also, when typing in the search bar no suggested results appear. This is happening on both WiFi and cell connections.

Everytime i try to use this app instore to “clip coupons” i end up feeling like an absolute idiot as the clerk attempts and fails to assist me. I will once again be deleting this useless app. Probably wont go to shaws for a while. Thankfully the people behind me in line expressed the exact same complaint when I apologized for holding up the lind.

Absolutely the worst grocery experience I’ve ever encountered. Can’t get anywhere in the app. Try to go in as guest, brings me to location. Give it a location and it brings me back to login. Continue as guest and repeat. Somebody was sleeping creating this app and there was no QA. useless.
Prices
Your prices are outrageous on a lot of things, I only shop here when I have too since Walmart has everything you have without crazy fluctuating prices on items. Soon enough I’ll just stop coming to dues and do all my shopping at Walmart
Constant location requests
For some reason, this app has to ask you for your location every single time you open it even though you have already specified your store and where you want to order from in your account, they still need your location undoubtably to sell your location data to other people
Online orders are going wrong
I got all support and it went to the app, but no support page.
I have been using there app to shop since 2021 and I have never had an issue with any of those orders. Now, I have had 2 issues. A few weeks ago, items were missing and I had someone else’s items. Today, I got all my items, but received someone else’s order too! I have a small fridge and cannot fit all that in there. I am not allowed to return items. This is a waste of food, time spent having to call and extra distractions for employees having to take calls for mistakes like this. Now someone else will be missing items, and I am told there is no way for them to look it up to find out what order they belong to. I was told the process has changed. Please go back to the process that was working. This is very inefficient.

Lack of Inventory
You advertise so many sales & yet the inventory is too quickly depleted and it’s only Tuesday!Example: Signature Pizza Marguerita and Lighthouse brand Dehydrated Garlic! I order that garlic directly from Lighthouse now.
Coupon failed
This has happened many times before. Coupons often don't work because of minor differences in the product description, and sometimes they don't work even when the descriptions are exactly the same.
The most frustrating part is the amount of time you have to spend dealing with the issue. Their staff often make excuses and then ask whether you still want to proceed with the purchase.
