We strive to provide a professional experience for every user and take all feedback seriously. However, this review does not reflect a genuine customer experience with our app. Apple has previously removed multiple reviews from this same individual because they violated the App Store Review Guidelines. This reviewer is a former advisor who is using the review system to continue a personal dispute rather than provide feedback about the functionality or services of the app. We have reported this review to Apple for further review, as we believe it constitutes misuse of the App Store review system.
