About

Shed is a focused, private health tracker built for people on GLP-1 medications — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Trulicity, Saxenda, Victoza, and more. Track your shots, weight, meals, water, vitals, and side effects in one place, and watch the full picture come together on your dashboard. KEY FEATURES • Shot tracking — log every injection with medication, dose, date, and site. Get an automatic weekly reminder for your next dose, and see your shot streak grow over time. • Weight & goals — log weight manually or auto-import from Apple Health. Set a target weight with an optional date and watch your progress against it on the chart. View 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or all-time trends. • Food logging your way — scan barcodes (Open Food Facts), search foods (USDA database), type a UPC manually, or enter custom meals. All macros — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and sugar — sync to Apple Health. • Water tracking — daily progress ring, quick-add buttons, custom goal. Backdate any day with the date picker. • Side effects & vitals — log GLP-1 side effects with severity, plus blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar (all mirrored to Apple Health). • Body measurements & exercise — log waist, hips, chest, arms; track workouts with duration and calories. • Sleep & heart trends — read sleep stages, resting heart rate, HRV, and respiratory rate from Apple Health (works with Apple Watch, Whoop, and other supported devices). • Apple Health two-way sync — Shed reads nutrition data your other apps (like MyFitnessPal) write to Health, and writes weight, vitals, and meals back to Health. Already use a food tracker? Your calories show up in Shed automatically. • Built-in BMI, dose response analyzer, calorie chart, shot streak, weight delta, body composition view, and more on the home dashboard. • Insights — Shed surfaces patterns in your data, like changes in your sleep on shot nights or shifts in your calorie intake. • Export your data anytime — full JSON download from the More tab. PRIVACY FIRST Your data is yours. Shed does not show ads, does not sell data, does not track you across apps, and does not use your health data for any purpose other than the tracking features you use. Your tracked data is stored securely in our backend with row-level security so only you can read it. HealthKit data stays on your device per Apple's policy. DISCLAIMERS Shed is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about medication and dosing decisions.

What's New in Shed Tracker

2.0

July 26, 2026

Version 2.0 adds a new Insights section and several dashboard upgrades. NEW — Trends & Insights Find it under More > Insights. Shed reads what you've already logged and surfaces patterns: • How your symptom logs line up with your shot dates • Whether side-effect logging has eased since starting your current dose • Weight stability streaks • Logging consistency • Average daily calories and day-to-day variance NEW — Calorie history The Home dashboard now shows a 7-day calorie chart from Apple Health. Tap it for your full history. NEW — About BMI Tap the BMI card on Home to see how it's calculated, the standard adult categories, and links to the CDC and WHO sources behind them. IMPROVED — Interactive charts Drag across any chart to scrub through it and read exact values for a specific day. IMPROVED — Shot tracking The next-shot banner now shows how many weeks you've been at your current dose. IMPROVED — Reminders Send yourself test notifications from More to confirm shot reminders and post-shot check-ins work before you rely on them. Also: expanded the in-app disclaimer with sources for BMI and nutrition data, and added the version number under More.
