Logs you out every time. Doesn’t store login details. Painfully slow. Pointless App, just use the website

Groan ! Why is this app SO SLOW… and why does nobody fix it ? it won’t even save my password. Come on ! Why, when the facilities and staff are so very good, is the app allowed to let them.. and us.. down for so long?
Pointless
You have to log in literally everytime you use the app so there’s no point in having it take up space on your phone. Also put card details in every single time you want to add someone to your round so just use safari

This app needs some serious love. It doesn’t show you how many places are left on classes, it takes an absolute age to load, if it loads at all and then it randomly logs you out

Never usually write any review but lord this app is so slow and don’t get me started on the actual website. Takes bloody three working days to load. Fix up man

Doesn’t understand if your a member and tries to charge you for everything you book. Really bad app.

Does what it needs to
Keeps my login information saved, lets me book onto sessions and see my booked sessions. Loading times in the app are fine and same as if you used an internet browser.
It’s fine. But it does need updating
It’s slow, and it refreshes if your screen goes dark. The app crashes (iPhone XR 15.2.1) if you try and add a booked class to calendar. A little update and bug fixes wouldn’t go amiss!

Very slow, needs updating. Not everything can be booked through app, such as Just Swim.

Often impossible to book classes. Same goes for the website. Loads for ages then licks you back to the original page. Needs a lot of improvement
Too slow
Too slow, takes around 10 minutes to load a single day and then even longer if your wanting to skip ahead to another day. Really poor when everything needs to be booked online it needs improving ASAP.

I don’t even have this anymore and tbh there’s no point in it. Made an app for the sake of making an app.

Use to use it for booking golf but recently does not work & no one seems to be sorting it out or letting members know what is happening
Info not being updated!
Timetables haven’t been updated since April - it’s now June - so I guess they’ve given up on this bit of the app. A few features aren’t working and a redesign is needed because some buttons are inaccessible on iPhone X type phones.
I can buy a lifeCARD via the app but it doesn’t tell me anything about the card! What is it? Where can I use it? What are the benefits? Nothing. And the website just tells you to download the app.

Functional but tedious
Great for booking classes. But it needs a favourites feature so regularly booking the same class can speeded up. No cancel feature either, this has to done through a link to the website.
