Very slow app. Will not give you the correct amount that’s on your card or in your savings then charge you a overdraft fee of $35 for their mistakes

You denied a translation but took money out anyway. If you’re not going to transfer my money, then put it back on the card . Have a 24/7 number for these situations

The latest update to the Shelby banking app does not recognize operating systems for older iPhones. Useless now.
