Mobile deposits

Despite writing “Mobile deposit” on the check, it is often not recognized.

The check deposit feature is terrible.

I always have a very difficult time with depositing checks through the app, the scanning software has a hard time recognizing when “for mobile deposit” is written on the check by the endorsement. There should be an option to submit the check pictures for human review because the software has issues reading what is there.
