Data is dropping
Worked fine for about a month then started dropping data. Alphabet list on the right side of the screen disappeared, names dropped off the database. The app has evolved into something that is now useless.
Indexing Issue with 2.17.7
After the recent update to 2.17.7, the search for an individual is almost totally useless! The app (both for iOS or Android) brings back every possible record when searching for a specific name. For instance, if I search for Mary Jones, any place “Mary” appears or “Jones” appears (i.e., in the name field, in the address field, in the notes, or emergency contact, to name a few) all results come up. AND, those results come up in NO particular order. The indexing, querying, and/or outputting are off. I’ve reported it multiple times, and the ticket is looming, BUT I was told that I can’t revert to the prior version while I await the next update. Please fix this!!!!

Worthless. Useless. A Joke. Shelby Should Be Ashamed.
What’s most unbelievable is that they charge money to host this hopelessly crippled app. Complaining to their “customer service” gets the brush off. The calendar function is 100% useless because (a) you can only see the next 60 days, so planning is impossible, and (b) you can’t go backwards to see past events. I simply can’t believe how appallingly bad this app and this platform are. In 2024 we should rightfully expect an app that has at least entered the 21st century. This one is still stuck in 1993.

It’s a good app. However, whenever I try to save a number of total members attended, it won’t save. It keeps track of each individual members attendance, however, it won’t let me save a number
