Horrible UI and Doesn’t Work
This has to be one of the worst designed apps I’ve seen in a long time. They encourage you to download the app and “your won’t regret it”. The grammar isn’t the only aspect of this app that is overlooked.
The “Play & Win” section doesn’t even work and the rewards section just redirects you to their website to download the app and start earning rewards.
There’s no indication that you are even earning any rewards and the app just feels so poorly done, and it hasn’t had work done on it ever.
It is a shame because I enjoy Shelby’s but other Shawarma options are out there with much better care and attention to their customers.

Broken
Multi million $ food chain can’t even make a proper app for their restaurants, go figure!
Useless
Don’t waste your time. Even once you suffer through the horrid app, it won’t even accept your payment. Useless. Worse than having nothing.
Too many broken functions
Just hire someone to fix the app guys. Rewards? Dont work how you going to build loyalty. I love the food, stop stopping me from being a loyal reward earning customer
The app is not good👎
The app is trash. It doesn’t do anything. It’s only loads white screen. When you wanna click on something on the bottom of those icons versus the order all when you click, which is more. It shows wide screen. It’s some kind of glitch with this app. I tried to install and then install it it doesn’t do anything. This app is useless so no two stars or three or four stars. I will give zero stars do something about it fix it.
