Useless
Don’t waste your time. Even once you suffer through the horrid app, it won’t even accept your payment. Useless. Worse than having nothing.
Too many broken functions
Just hire someone to fix the app guys. Rewards? Dont work how you going to build loyalty. I love the food, stop stopping me from being a loyal reward earning customer
The app is not good👎
The app is trash. It doesn’t do anything. It’s only loads white screen. When you wanna click on something on the bottom of those icons versus the order all when you click, which is more. It shows wide screen. It’s some kind of glitch with this app. I tried to install and then install it it doesn’t do anything. This app is useless so no two stars or three or four stars. I will give zero stars do something about it fix it.

You guys are making more than you spend on the app, hire a good company to design the app.

Was able to enter my order and pay for it within the app without any issues. I just wish Shelby’s menu in general was simplified.
The app worked for me
I was successfully able to place an order with all my customizations and pay within the application. They made the food. I picked it up. I hope it works for you as well. Shelby’s is great!

Terrible doesn’t work
I spent 10 min trying to get into the app to order and ended up just driving there and asked them to help fix it and the staff was unfamiliar and didn’t understand what I was saying. I missed out on my points for a significant order. When I click on rewards it defaults me logging in even though I’m logged in so I deleted the app logged in again and same thing happened. They referred me to tech support. Clearly they’ve had others complain and choose not to fix it so they don’t face to honour rewards.

Tried playing the Shelby’s shawarma game and got over 3000 points for the 10 percent discount but it doesn’t load. Waste of time

This app is glitchy and waste of time trying to order through this. After adding all items, it didn’t let me pay.
App is garbage.
Menu doesn’t fully load half the time, you have to reopen the app and hope for the best. I tried paying three times and it just keeps freezing on the captcha portion because facial recognition isn’t enough to verify that it’s me.
Just go to the website, none of the problems and you actually get your meal the same day that you order it.

Won’t let me see my rewards - it keeps making me log in. I won the discount in the game but it glitched and never sent me the code.
Junk
I figured. Hey their employees can’t speak English I’ll download the app. Oh the app is broken, crashes, says a location is closed when it’s not, and randomly won’t display item details / selection. So. Nice to see the lack of communication is a company issue. I’ve never uninstalled an app faster than this one.
