Nearly impossible to use if you travel internationally
The security company that shell lake state bank uses needs to be fired. If I travel to another country, more then likely my US phone number will not work, but they expect to send you a one time verification code in order for you to log in. Now I live part time in South America, so this is rather difficult for me. Also, the need to change your password every 12 months is ridiculous!! And for whatever reason, I can’t get my password change to go thru… maybe because im in South America?? So now I appear to be logged out of my Mobil account for the next few months, until I get back to Wisconsin. I have other bank apps that work just fine internationally, but this one is the worst.

Won’t let me access the app
Any time I have been trying to open the app since a recent update it has had a pop up saying an error has occurred and never loads the login screen. I have to delete the app, redone load, re login, just to check my balance one time. Please fix.
Great simple app
This app is simple to use and has all the basic account info I need. You can even transfer funds!
Terrible bank
Everything is done manually and takes forever. This is the same bank as it was back in 1985.
