App has Stunk and still Stinks!!
This needs to be fixed. Customers are paying a premium for email and can not even use the app to open their email. Absolutely terrible!
Ok but not very good.
The app seems to work ok but I cannot move emails across accounts.
Problems
App crashes when you try to forward or write new emails.
Disappointing
Not enough explanations on ‘how to ‘ remove/delete/change things in the settings. I’ve worked hours trying to clean up the menu and still no luck. Disappointing!
Waste of time
Shentel no longer works well with Apple devices, so I tried the app, it’s worse. Gonna change email to something that works with Apple.
Still not happy, hate this app
When I compose an email or reply, I cannot see what I am typing. It is visible to the receiver, but not to me. I just reinstalled your latest version, it did not help. I tried to use “contact support”. It says the address, which it automatically inserts, is invalid (shentel.net). Tried to change to shentel.com but it will not let me.

Thank you for your review. Since the app is using Web View component for Compose, please use "long tap" to make edits while email composing. The issue with extra items on "About" screen has been sent to our technical team for resolving.
Not happy
I could at first delete emails through the app. Now I have to go in and log on through website to delete emails..
