Efficient electric taxi service. Booked for my elderly mother who needed assistance and Sherbet helped every step of the way. Will definitely use again. Fairly priced too.
Can't log on
I have tried to set up an account with this app and have tried two different email addresses both times I have had no verification email come through. I have emailed the company separately and had no reply so I can't actually access the app at all. I'm guessing they are not actually active anymore?
Super expensive compared to hailing an electric cab
Quoted £67 on Sherbet for a journey that cost me £52 in the electric cab I hauled instead. What a rip off.

Sherbet Electric Taxis are my go to taxi company. The new app is amazing, the guaranteed electric taxis are superb and drivers are phenomenal
The fixed pricing is great, much cheaper than anticipated and cheaper than other well known companies in London

This is scam
I was pleasantly surprised to find an app focused on electric black cabs. My first booking was complete disappointment: Sherbet charged me for a trip (Regent Street to 86-90 Lamb's Conduit St, London, WC1N 3LZ) £27 straight away on booking and couldn’t find a driver. I cancelled and stopped an electric black cab on the road. For the same distance I paid £14 !!!
