To many issues
I really wanted to like the app but it has so many glitches on the days and workouts. It doesn’t track well at all. The app has potential but unfortunately needs a lot of help and improvement.

Great Concept, But Needs Bug Fixes
The app has a lot of potential and I really like the overall concept. One of the strongest features is how it adapts workouts based on your available time and training frequency, which makes it feel practical and personalized.
That said, I ran into a few issues:
* The AI gave incorrect conversions from km to mph.
* During the running section, the app repeatedly failed to register completed workouts even after I pressed “complete.” After trying multiple times, it suddenly advanced me to week 6 instead of week 1.
* I can’t seem to go back to week 1 or access the earlier run workouts.
* The rest timer should play a sound or notification when the phone screen is off, not only when the app is actively open.
Overall, the idea and adaptive structure are strong, but there are some bugs and usability issues that need refinement.
