App stopped working after most recent update
Their support told me to use the website instead. Every other installed app works just fine. All except the Sheikh app. As a customer I can shop anywhere. I chose to install the Sheihk app to give them my business. However they don’t seem interested in doing everything in their power to solve the problem. Not a good way to retain a repeat customer

Garbage company
Sent me an email 4 days later asking about a billing address and mailing address. Thats a 1 business day item tops. Also, as long as the billing information matches my credit card, why are you delaying order because of personal bias.
Misleading
The shipping policy says “free shipping for legacy members for orders over $75”, but after joining, I was still charged shipping. I even downloaded the app to see if the free shipping would actually work on there, and even though they have a banner going across the top of the home page urging you to join their legacy program in exchange for free shipping, it still didn’t apply to my order even though I was signed in. If you’re not going to actually uphold your end of the bargain, you shouldn’t be allowed to spam my inbox!
