Why do you keep logging me out?
The app automatically logs me out almost every single time. Do you realize how annoying and time consuming that is? And beyond frustrating when I need a quick schedule check. Keyword QUICK

I now need to click out of an add just to look at my schedule? Zero stars Shift Admin.
Sharing and Printing not useful
Sharing with my agency and or printing a copy for them with the dates and times for three months in a row took me 45 minutes. Should have been quick and easy.
Very Dissappointing
Seriously Shift Admin? I have to deal with advertisements when checking my schedule now? If it comes up or is put to a vote in our group I will be advocating that we change software. We pay for your service. It has gotten significantly worse already compared to what I used a couple years ago and having to deal with your stupid ads.

Its an unreliable buggy app.
Resets settings every 24 hours
I've been using this app for years. Recently the app now resets all of my selected groups every 24 hours. It often signs me out as well. It makes the app virtually unusable compared to the stable mobile website.
Recent changes are not good
There needs to be an option to save the default view. The app used to open to my group’s schedule but now I just see my own.
It take three taps now to show the entire group which is my preference. One to hit the menu, another to select group then one more to choose the actual group.
Then w verbal hours later it will revert to just my own.

Started to show ads
The app has been quirky with single sign in stuff and intermittently logging me out until today (4/8/25) when it shows me an ad that I had to close to view the schedule.
There is no place for ads in an app that we have to pay to use.

This is a scheduling app, why have I gotten pop up full screen intrusive pharma advertising? So uncalled for and unnecessary
Pop up ads
I just opened the app and had a pop up ad for a pharmaceutical. Unbelievable and completely unacceptable. Will be immediately deleting. I don’t need intrusive ads on an app I use to see my schedule
Need ipad app
It works... Would be nice to have an iPad version
It Just Works
I tap to open the app and 2 seconds later I see the month's schedule, the days I'm working marked by blue dots. In just 2 more taps I can see my coworkers' schedules, with green dots offering open shifts.
The design is useful yet elegant in it's simplicity. I like it and I hope you will too.
Minor gripe: exporting my work schedule to my google/apple calendars has to be done with the website, it cannot be done through the app. That said, the website was clearly designed to be useful above all else, so it was very easy to link my calendars once I got on the website.

Terrible app
Can’t switch sites. Keep crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashes on opening. Any suggestions?
Good app, but can be better
On the website, I can submit future shift requests/days I can’t work, but can’t do my requests for the upcoming months on the app :(.
Clock Out Alarm
For the love of god please build in a clock alarm system to alert times to clock IN and especially clock OUT
Get it working on apple iOS!
I rarely write reviews but I’m inspired. My workplace uses this and it simply won’t consistently link with iOS. They do warn of this. But how many users are using iOS!

Unable to email or text users from app
Not admin friendly
As an administrator, I do not like that I cannot modify the group schedule via the app. It’s an inconvenience on the fly to log into the computer to make adjustments.
