So simple, so powerful

I’m going through EMDR treatment for PTSD after my son’s cancer (he was 3 years old at first diagnosis). This app has helped me process that trauma in conjunction with my therapist. My therapist can’t be on call for just me every time I’m triggered… but this app can! It has helped me go through some very intense moments.

I would give 5 stars, but it’s missing one feature I would *love* to have: horizontal mode. I would benefit from a bit wider eye movement.

Upgrade suggestion

Please add function of playing while phone screen is off, as well as playing simultaneously while Spotify is playing. It also gets disrupted if another app plays music, and you have to close and reopen it to get it working again.
