WHAT IT DOES • Find a swap — one date or several at once across your whole pool, in a tap. • Multi-way chains — when no one-to-one trade exists, ShiftHawk finds the A→B→C chain that does. • Block dates — mark days you can never work; they stay protected automatically. • Reciprocity Ledger — keep track of who owes whom, so trades stay fair over time. • Favour Mode — find a colleague who can take your shift now, and repay it later. • Team Schedule Sharing (optional) — pool schedules with your group so swaps surface across everyone, shared only when you choose to. • Connect your schedule by link, spreadsheet, photo, or PDF — your choice, read privately (plain or with AI). • Works with day‑by‑day calendars and block/rotation schedules alike. • Build a team with colleagues you trust and trade shifts as mutual donors. • Smart multi‑way swap chains find the trade when a simple one‑for‑one won't. CONNECT YOUR SCHEDULE THREE WAYS • Calendar link or .ics file from Amion, MedRez, QGenda, ShiftAdmin, plus Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars — no re-typing your shifts. • Snap a photo or import a PDF of your schedule and let ShiftHawk read it for you. • Rotating and block schedules are understood too (residency-style rotations, 24/48 and Kelly patterns). PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your personal schedule stays on your device for the core swap finder — the matching runs on your phone. • Optional Team features and referrals sync only with your consent. • Delete everything anytime: Settings → Account & data → Delete all data, or from shifthawk.ai/delete-account. HOW PRICING WORKS Searching uses Swap Tokens. New users start with free tokens. A search that finds nothing costs nothing. • Token subscriptions (auto-renewing): ShiftHawk Annual ($9.99/year), 6 Months ($4.99), 3 Months ($1.99), and Monthly ($1.99). Each refreshes your Single-swap and Bulk-swap token allowance every period. The ForeSIGHT calendar-clash add-on is $0.99/month. • One-time top-ups (never expire): extra Single swaps from $1.49 and extra Bulk swaps from $1.49. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
