Shift Swap Liaison is a local-first shift handoff tool for teams that already coordinate in group chats. Create a shift card, share an app-only QR code or link into iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another chat, and let a teammate open the claim screen inside the app. When someone accepts, Shift Swap Liaison prepares the confirmation back to the requester and manager and can generate a claimed update for the original group chat so other teammates stop trying to take the same shift. Version 2.7 adds a Coverage Desk for people who manage several open swaps at once. The app scores unresolved requests, flags urgent timing, missing contacts, manager follow-up, teammate availability, and personal schedule conflicts so you know what needs action before a shift falls through.
