Support is a Failure

Worst support ever. Have written to them so many times without them being bothered to reply.

No support at all

I have used service to send money to my family since two days ago but till this moment the transaction is pending. I have contacting my bank and they confirmed that the amount was sent to your bank instantly and I tried to contact shfit support but I received no response.
I don’t know what is wrong and there is no support, now I honestly think this is a scam and I regret that I chose this over more reputable service like western union
