Please fix the notes display!
I love this app, but the one thing I find very annoying is that I can’t view all of my notes. There is plenty of space to write lots of notes for a shift, and there is also plenty of room underneath the calendar to view them all.
Unfortunately, once a note is saved, it only shows the first line, which is often only the first 5 or 6 words. I find this so frustrating when I have several things happening in one day, as I can’t see everything I have written without going back into Edit Note.
I’ve updated the app to the latest version (1.7.0), and although there is now a bigger notes screen, once the note is saved it still only displays one line.
Please could you allow saved notes to wrap onto multiple lines and use the available space underneath the calendar so that the whole note can be viewed?

Notes not updating
I have been using this app for about 8 years and it’s literally my life admin! However since upgrading my phone recently, whenever I try and add some more text to an already saved note it will not appear. I have tried deleting the note and adding again with all the text but then the whole note won’t appear. Please help!!

Unable to share since latest update
The app has always been a bit glitchy, but for a free app with no adds and shareable with another app user. It’s been perfect for my needs. However. The latest update to 1.6.8 the share feature is no longer working - receiver does not get prompt to download from email anymore. I’ll give it a day. But my life is in there and on the hunt for options now.

Errors not fixed
Latest review stated errors with notes were fixed but still unable to view full note unless I go in to edit it

Great app, which I’ve used for years. However, since updating to iOS27 the app is broken, as you cannot edit the calendar. I assume that a fix is coming. Please fix!

Cant read notes if you type more than one line. You have to go into edit mode to see the full note you entered.

Doesn’t work as should
Payed the app hoping to be able to share my rota with my wife and vice versa but the function doesn’t work!
Brilliant Shift worker app at a glance…but
Please keep the app exactly as it is, but improve the notes. I’d love either a larger preview on the calendar screen or the ability to have expandable notes with unlimited text.
Maybe multiple note colored triangles in each corner would help too.

Limited capability
Terrible. The notes section drives me absolutely NUTS! Why can’t I see all of my notes! After the update it got even worse! Looking for a new shift worker app. I don’t recommend this app.

Shift Worker is a great app.
I work a rolling 4 week shift pattern with various shift start times and shift lengths. This app lets me easily input these shifts; see them at a glance; and allows me to use the ‘backup’ function to share the calendar with my significant other. So they can see what I’m working and it allows planning of childcare to easily be done.

Please fix the notes section
Been using this app for several years and is a staple for most nurses in the hospital, easy to use, good layout and can customised several different shifts. Over the years I have looked a different apps just out of curiosity but always come back to this.
I also really love the feature of adding notes and use it to remember appointments/plans ect. HOWEVER, there is new problem where if your note is longer than one line it won’t show when you click on the day. This never used to happen so think it must be a bug but can you please fix it???

Loved to disappointed
I am super upset! I have used this app for almost 10yrs. I put everything in it. It is my daily schedule/planner. Suddenly I had 2 apps on my phone. Idk how that even happens. So I deleted one and it deleted both! 😭 everything past, present and future I had is gone! No way to bring it back! There should be a way to bring it back! It is going to take forever to put all my future stuff back in. I am just so disappointed because I reference back to days often and now I no longer can!
