Doesn’t work as should
Payed the app hoping to be able to share my rota with my wife and vice versa but the function doesn’t work!
Brilliant Shift worker app at a glance…but
Please keep the app exactly as it is, but improve the notes. I’d love either a larger preview on the calendar screen or the ability to have expandable notes with unlimited text.
Maybe multiple note colored triangles in each corner would help too.

Limited capability
Terrible. The notes section drives me absolutely NUTS! Why can’t I see all of my notes! After the update it got even worse! Looking for a new shift worker app. I don’t recommend this app.
Shift Worker is a great app.
I work a rolling 4 week shift pattern with various shift start times and shift lengths. This app lets me easily input these shifts; see them at a glance; and allows me to use the ‘backup’ function to share the calendar with my significant other. So they can see what I’m working and it allows planning of childcare to easily be done.

Please fix the notes section
Been using this app for several years and is a staple for most nurses in the hospital, easy to use, good layout and can customised several different shifts. Over the years I have looked a different apps just out of curiosity but always come back to this.
I also really love the feature of adding notes and use it to remember appointments/plans ect. HOWEVER, there is new problem where if your note is longer than one line it won’t show when you click on the day. This never used to happen so think it must be a bug but can you please fix it???

Loved to disappointed
I am super upset! I have used this app for almost 10yrs. I put everything in it. It is my daily schedule/planner. Suddenly I had 2 apps on my phone. Idk how that even happens. So I deleted one and it deleted both! 😭 everything past, present and future I had is gone! No way to bring it back! There should be a way to bring it back! It is going to take forever to put all my future stuff back in. I am just so disappointed because I reference back to days often and now I no longer can!

Keeps crashing when I try to share
Everytime I try to share it the whole thing crashes otherwise good. Would be handy to be able to see the whole note not just the first three words. You have to click edit to actually see what you have written which is very annoying
Notes cannot be seen
I used to be able to see the notes at the bottom of the screen, but I can no longer see those. I have to go into edit note in order to see my notes. Other than that, I really like the app. But if it is not fixed, I will need to switch to a different app.
10 years in and still love it
Had this app for my nursing shifts for 10 years! Still the easiest add free no fuss app. Easy to export calendar. Big fan!

Need a fix
I can’t see my notes at the bottom of the screen as the icons cover it up, I have to open each note in edit to read it. It was never a problem before. Please fix asap as I recently missed things due to not being able to see it.
Great App
Love that you can put in your rotation and easily see it. Only ‘complaint’ is that you’re unable to delete more than one entry at a time if your rotation changes etc.
Shift Worker
I like that you can put multiple people’s rotations and schedules in and move between them easily. The notes are frustrating because although you can write as long of a note as you want, you can’t read the entire note without “editing” it. Also with the option to delete being first on the list with no double confirmation has caused me to accidentally deleted my notes multiple times. Another change that would make this app a 5 star for me is identification of what week of the rotation you are in, even if it’s only in a certain view when you are adding a new rotation.

Are they even trying?
This would be a great app (seriously) but it is so dysfunctional that it is hard to understand how they could have made it be available. The worst part is that the problems are obvious and crucial for the app to work properly...
- We can't even see the full notes attached to a day (how hard can it be to fix this???)

Notes
I wish I could tap on the date and see my WHOLE note! To actually see the whole note you have to go through the edit note mode to see the it then cancel the edit. If this change could be made it would make it easier for the user and there would be a lot more satisfied people and more purchases.
Messed up after update
Used to work well but after my last iOS update everything was deleted, all my shifts and all my notes, so I started again and now I’ve noticed that some of my notes have started to disappear. Really disappointed as this used to be a really good app.
New upgrade made it worse
Since it’s been upgraded, you can only see the first line for an important appointment or shift. This mean if you have more than one appointment, you can’t see it, so no longer fit for purpose.
No support
App used to work well, after iPhone updated, I am unable to see notes as icons obliterate the text. I’ve asked for this to be rectified on its FB page without any reply on every occasion.
Crashes. Not compatible w/ new iOs
I cannot send my schedule anymore to another app user due to it not being updated/or compatible with iOS for the last several months. Keeps crashing
