It won’t let me flip from one day to the next to see sales trends easily and quickly. Not enough metrics given. Also slow to produce numbes
Awful!
There is nothing good about shift4! Install left us with 2 units not working with no training. The equipment is garbage and we constantly replace units. If you do any sort of high volume do not even think about shift4 as an option! If you are running a popsicle stand it might be okay?
Stay away
They are thieves, they have increased our rates significantly over the past 1 1/2 years. Stay away.
Useless
Horrible app. Does not give much info to inform you about hardly anything.
No running total
No one that actually runs a restaurant cares about the total for closed tabs for the day, they want to know the running total, which is conspicuously absent — for years. Not to mention, you can’t actually do anything with this app.
