My app is constantly hacked and unable to delete the appointments they flood my calendar with. I’ve deleted the app and started a fresh, nothing works, they soon come back and flood the calendar again.

I have been using this app for 15 years now. Totally love it!!! Use it to get an idea of my paychecks and organize my life. Easy to put everything in. Only thing I wish it could do is put reminders.

Screen locked unless turned sideways
I've had this app for over 10 years. iPhone 16 Pro. iOS 26.5.2. When I open any calendar events the screen is locked. Nothing works. If I turn it sideways then it’s fine. Turn my phone back to straight up and down, locked again.
Pretty decent
I generally like shift life, however I woke up one morning and absolutely everything had been deleted. All my shifts, all my birthdays, anniversaries, everything!!! I could not get it back. ShiftLife tried to help but it never came back. If it happens again I won’t be using it but that is once in 7 years so not so bad.

Make sure you have your iCloud account Calendars switched on and are not using locally stored "On My iPhone" type calendars. Your calendar data will then always be safely stored in your iCloud account and will be safe even if you lose/break your iPhone. Please contact our Support Team through the in-app link on the app’s ”Main Menu" > "Help & Support" page. They will quickly be able to answer any further questions for you.

I find the app glitchy at times ie. will delete my history/shifts, however I emailed them on my concern and they got back to be fairly quickly. I don’t find it the most user friendly app, but I do like it.

Sorts my life!!
Used this app for years!! It’s so easy and clear. I can totally customise it and even import all my another calendars to it. It’s amazing and it literally runs my life and shifts
The Greatest Calendar / Organizer ….. EVER!!
I’ve been using ShiftLife for 8 or 9 years. I liked it so much that when I changed to an Android phone & couldn’t get it ( 6 yrs ago) I kept my old iPhone just to run this app. Eventually I went back to IPhone to be able to have this app on me. I just love the format & everything about it.

Disappointed
I have used this app for about 12 years now but suddenly in the last few months, I have issues. I was able to input my morning shifts for next month with no problem. However when I tried to input my afternoon shifts they didn’t show up. I rely on this calendar and am really disappointed as whatever I do I cannot rectify this issue 😖
It’s so frustrating as I pay for this app and I shouldn’t have this problem every month. I even upgraded for £6.99 hoping this would help but no. Please please please ShiftLife sort this out.

I used to use nurse grid for my scheduling. But wanted an app that can plot multiple shifts and also add my husband’s schedule so we can both see it on one glance. I just wish we can share accesses so we can both add our own schedules and access the same calendar together

Keeps me organized. Easy to set up for payroll and shifts for work, AirBnB guests and appointments. Can't live without it. Still the same review. Use it every day and more. Can't live without it now August 15. /24. Still using everyday. My dental, chiro, pacemaker, even used for AirBNB CLIENTS, including calculated my revenue. Easy to edit, JUST LOVE IT. TY. May/26. Great for all of my shifts and easily organizes everything. Easy to use but I’m finding it getting more and more expensive.

Every time the app updates it eases my templates. Do not use this app if you don’t want to do that.
