Not working
I recently downloaded this app seeking fill-in employment. Everything was great at first even got my first $10 payout. Now I’m to the testing part then I can get shifts. It says it records answers as we go so we can come back and pick up where we left off. I have completely the last 24 tasks 8 times from start to finish and every time I get to the last module it kicks me out and I have to start over from scratch doing all 24 tasks again taking 30-45 min to complete. There is no support to contact. And the people I WAS directed to said they have nothing to do with the actual app. It’s very upsetting. Waste of time

No shifts available for any day. They just take your ssn and bank account information.
They need to open shifts for their customer service!
Was previously satisfied with the app, but now pay keeps getting rejected due to errors on their end- technical and saying pictures weren’t taken during the shift or they couldn’t verify I was at the location, despite my GPS being on! Customer service is strictly a bot and remitting tickets through email. Biggest issue is bonuses not being paid and those tickets not get answered.

Score impact
Anything that negatively affects your score will reflect IMMEDIATELY. But when you do the right thing, come in on time, don’t cancel shifts your score DOESN’T show that improvement as quickly. Which is messed up because, now you’re limited to the shifts you can accept. Or you won’t see any at all. I haven’t canceled or been late to any shifts for 2 weeks and my score won’t reflect it at all. It’ll show “0 %” even if I clock in on time or whatever. Only contact support is AI you don’t even get human interaction. It’s a cool app to make money but one little mistake and that’s it. Then you get your account threatened with suspension or you don’t see shifts at all. Which is whack.

Easy task and hours. Glad was able to keep the store clean and stocked.
Another error
Yet another app that just doesn’t work for me. Made an account, get tot the end “error” tried 92 more times, re installed over and over bc obviously I’ll try that. And nope. No option for help, and call a real person TO SAVE MY LIFE!!! You guys have taken over an hour of my life between that and the phone calls, and I’m sure it’ll happen again in a couple days. The internet in general just seems to be 100% spam these days

Pays the bills
There’s something really strange about this app. Everytime they update it just gets worst. I just got off of my third shift after working two this morning and it completely crapped put on me. Now I have to put in another ticket to get paid. This is the 2 time in 2 days that I’m having to put in a ticket and then have to wait to get paid. It’s strange. I don’t care how many times they update it, it just gets worst with each update. I’m afraid one day I’m not going to get paid. Use at your own discretion.

Where is my dang money
I had no problem with this app my first 3 times working the shifts! But NOW….. they aren’t paying the full amounts. Actually y’all owe me for two and a half shifts.
I just worked a mobile shift, it says I clocked out at 7:01. I got there at 6:55 because I was at another store that you’re supposed to wait at in the hub for them to send you somewhere else. I get thereand clock in at 6:55 AM. I leave at nine something a.m. and now my payment is pending. Then the other day I was at a store waiting. I’m sitting there and it just cancels. Y’all owe me my money. Also, when I left the store, they had another girl working there and she has so many shifts that has not been paid to her. Fix whatever this glitches in the app it is very unfair. People are working these shifts and not knowing if they will get paid and you’re wondering why people are doing no call no shows or not doing the job correctly. I went over and beyond with the cooler restock for my entire shift not to go the way it was supposed to.
