Keeps saying details missing and all the information is filled out I’ve deleted the app
Page is blank
When I try to select a shift the page goes blank. Then when I force close and reset the app there aren’t any available shifts. It constantly shows a shift that’s coming up but was a shift I took months ago and it won’t update to my current area even after changing my location.
Trash App, will NOT let me get anywhere!
I was unable to access orientation for weeks, and even when it appeared via notification, it disappeared and prevented me from finishing when I backed out after completing most of it. Customer service is garbage, their support phone numbers do not work and they do not respond to emails. Their chatbot was no help despite following its suggestions on how to get this buggy app to work. The irony that the only emails I received was for creating and then requesting deletion of my account.

So far this app is wonderful I got paid $10 just for completing the hiring and training which took about 1 hour the. Was deposited to my Venmo or any bank really. Cost $2 for instant deposit but so far this apps awesome.

Great app
This app is great once you’ve gotten into the rhythm of picking up shifts. The only inconvenience for me was finding out there is a daily withdrawal limit. Only one withdrawal a day; this surprised me. Otherwise, very easy to understand instructions and opportunities.

Where are my jobs? Seems like no one is checking into my experiences to defend me against bad local management and its neglectful of the position/ opportunity that a platform like shift smart should be utilizing to leverage against conformist that never cared how much effort I’ve given to my jobs.

Completed everything and its been a week with no shifts on the app. False advertisement everyone- DO NOT download this pos. Also noone available to even help or assist on the app so ur kinda just stuck “waiting”
