The app is awesome but today it’s saying this number is banned so I logged into a friend and it’s saying the same thing

I don’t try to contact support like they always say oh well write you a support ticket. No I need a customer service line like it’s been months and I’ve been trying to work on here and I keep getting the runaround about a background check. My background is clean it wouldn’t ever take months to come back. This is a waste of time

Does whatever it wants
This app deletes my work sometimes because I know a lot of it is AI and a lot of of the time it deposits my money which can take longer than when I deposited myself
Don’t do it
This is the absolute worst. No jobs in my area. I want to delete the account. I sent two request to have the account deleted. I received two emails saying that my information has been deleted and if I log in my account will say banned. The active is till active, what’s so hard about deleting an account this should be a feature that allows me to do it myself.

They have you give them all your personal information and even your SSN and then there's no work available!! Total waste of time. It's just another scam

ShiftSmart is most definitely the smarter way to work in this climate, or in today’s world. You can work at your own leisure based off of how your 24 hours look. If you are a parent spouse, etc. Whatever your situation may be, ShiftSmart will most definitely be a wonderful fit for you for work.

Having a little problem
You know I try to select the Sebring shift and every time I see it and I click it it’s unavailable And I barely get any shifts at all and I did the orientation for dollar general and I haven’t got any shifts for that store either

I wasn’t sure how this was all going to work I had never heard of anything like this before however it has been great. If you have issues you let them know and fixed immediately, moneys always there quick, very convenient with scheduling when you are available, everything is so easy and convenient definitely comes in handy especially if something unexpected comes up an your short on money sign in check for a shift an go make money. That easy. Thank you Shiftsmart!!!!

The worst app ever
Was only able to do one job and then after that never showed me any available jobs anywhere completely went blank and ghost on me only got paid one time they say they give all their jobs to the first tier, but y’all don’t give new people a chance to even come up a tear y’all shut them out your app sucks

It literally robs ppl of money, time, energy, and gas, has you going all around the city with promises of paying which take literally over 6 hrs AFTER your shift to get paid. Horrible company .
