Constantly logging out
My hospital uses shift wizard with two factor identification and it makes you do the two factor every single time you open the app, even if you only closed it for a second. A waste of time to constantly keep logging in. The app itself is great once it’s logged in.

Crashes too much
Trying to look at my work schedule for tomorrow and it doesn’t let me log in. App crashes too much.
Feels like a 2010 program
This is easily the worst scheduling app I’ve ever used. Terrible user interface, difficult to navigate or make sense of anything. Authentication needed EVERY TIME you open the app is so ridiculous and time consuming. Our old system (EasyShifts) was 1000% better in every way possible!

App always Glitches, Hasn’t work for me the Past Month .
No one will fix my issue
I have contacted my help desk at work that uses this platform as well as the help desk at the actual company and it has been MONTHS and no one has corrected the issue. There is only the year 2025 in the drop down scroll box, so you cannot make a request for vacation in a chunk for the next year. If I wanted to request off 1/4/26 to 1/10/26, there is no 2026 in the scroll bar on the “to” box. So I have to make 7 separate single day requests. It seems so simple to repair, and I know it can be done bc I’m the one that had the same request in 2024 and 2025 was added. But now we are in the same situation. Please add more years!

This app is useless if you work for multiple hospitals that all use ShiftWizard. It will only access one health system🤦🏻♀️

Garbage
This was adopted by my job and it’s been nothing but problems. It doesn’t open up available shifts when it’s supposed to, it deletes all the shifts that are put in so our managers have to put them back in manually, it just doesn’t function. They need to take this off the market and fix it.

I called the company and they said iPhone users are unable to log in the app after the update.

All of sudden, this app stopped working. I have deleted and re download, turning my phone on and off and everything. Still not working!

App no longer showing shifts available and trouble logging in with single sign on since latest IOS update. Needs to be fixed or an update needs to be released
Not working after Apple Update
This app has always been great for keeping up with my work schedule. I use it constantly. After the latest update from apple I am no longer able to log in. I continuously get an error message when trying to sign in. I can’t get in to see my work schedule at all from my phone. Please fix this issue as soon as possible! Many people in healthcare depend on this app.

Not working after ios 18
This program has been bad ever since i upgraded my phine to ios 18. It never logged me in sayin “Common Language Runtime detected an invalid program.”
Finally a 1 stop shop
Finally a tool where I only need ONE app to see my schedule for work, my personal schedule, and I can pick up/swap shifts. I can also say when I don’t want to be bothered which is super helpful. Nice screens, easy to use.

Ok APP
This application is fine; nevertheless, it could improve by adding a feature that lets you add/ transfer the work schedule into your phone calendar. Hey if there is anyway you could do that I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Why wont this app load half the time?! Its so frustrating as its what we use for work. Fix it please and thank u! And now i cant log in at all..IT cant help either..the WORST app!!!

App no longer working, says it needs an update, but the latest version is installed and it gives the same error message.
