This app stop working, I can not login in, it is useless!!
Crashes all the time
The app crashes all the time , and have many bugs , if it goes on a newer version or gets an updates , it will no longer work.
White screen
The app goes white screen when you try to scroll the pages… seems to have bugs, as you need to close and reopen app to utilize the services.
Very bad quality app
Strangely a bad quality app that measure quality in hotels , makes life more difficult

Locked out of mobile app
Changed our password and their mobile app locks you out. Doesn’t matter how many times you change the password write it down, even have a witness the mobile app will keep telling you ‘incorrect password’. So frustrating. Have even uninstalled the app twice and it still says incorrect password even though you can get in on desktop.
