Client profiles — major redesign - Unified card design across Episodes, Support Provided, and Caretakers, with consistent spacing and card-style skeleton loaders. - Who did what — episodes/support now show the recorder & resolver (name + avatar) on the cards and detail sheets; the avatar appears instantly when you log or resolve something. - Editable episode notes — you can now edit an episode's notes, not just its start date. - Adaptive episode duration (days / weeks / months / years). - Last-visit date only advances — logging a back-dated visit no longer makes an old visit show as the "latest." - Client peek sheet shows the profile photo; removed the Programs row. - Redesigned "view all tasks" sheet (fixed squeezed chips and the See-all filter). Tasks - Accurate pending counts — stale/duplicate tasks are reconciled against the server, and completing a task no longer makes it flicker back into the pending column (a durable fix on the History board). - Completion rate no longer rounds up to 100% while tasks remain. - Task detail: description & checklist inputs grow with text; cleaner square complete toggle; rounded-square completion checkbox on list/history cards. - The task client picker uses your full offline client list, not just the first page. - Distinct High-priority color — High and Medium are no longer the same amber (Urgent → High → Medium → Low now reads red → orange → amber → gray, everywhere). Offline & reliability - Full client list syncs to the device on login and session restore, so clients are available offline and search doesn't flash empty. - Client search survives pull-to-refresh (it re-runs the search instead of clearing results). - Fixed a startup cache crash (the "restore cache" errors) and a WatermelonDB write warning; "Reset local data" action added in Profile for a clean re-sync. Tablet / polish - Fixed the iPad layout on the waiting-for-workspace screen. Build - Removed an unused native module (MMKV) that was breaking the iOS build (memset_s).
