Since we stoped using quarters our vandalism rate has vanished. This is much more convenient too. I do wish they would add a function for users that lets them see if machines are available. You can do that with other apps and customers like that feature. If your machines are in a basement or somewhere phone signal is limited it can be a problem. I am also confused how to start machines as an owner as opposed to a customer. I’m sure there is a way but it is confusing. Over all I am glad we use this system and I will be using it for more machines in the future.

App has apparently never been updated

The consumer-facing app works pretty well. No complaints from my tenants. The management app (this one) is just bad. The “activate machine” buttons rarely work. The reporting is not useful. No way to nickname machines (“14847” is not helpful). Some buttons reply, “don’t worry! this function is on shinepay.io!” and has been that way for years. There’s no development activity on this app and it makes me think the business is on the decline. Too bad, it’s a great concept.

So far so good

So I’ve had the equipment and the app working at one of my buildings for a week now and it’s definitely increased my revenue. App seems to be working great. Setting everything up was east and the support team at ShinePay has been easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to talk to. I suggest calling them with your questions as opposed to emailing them, you’ll get a much quicker answer but so far so good.

Half-baked management app.

This app has seen no development in over a year and has fundamental issues.

-coin counting doesn’t NOT correctly count coins on slider coin-op hardware (as advertised)

-app appears to allow management to set machine cycle timers to help customers complete laundry in a timely fashion, but it does not work

-app appears to allow fund withdrawal, but does not

-no-fee bank transfers for customers (and management in app) has been promised by developer for over a year, with no apparent progress

The customer app seems to work well, which makes this app more disappointing.

I had a review on here 2 years ago that this app wouldn’t work. Now it works great. They fixed it. Thanks!

I hope that this is how the future looks for everything needed for payment, such as parking meters, gas, and laundry.

What a fantastic product

My tenants absolutely love not needing to use coins. Managing income from my machines all happens through an app. Love it!
