The app was requesting a firmware update, the update failed and my device is not working anymore, i dont know what can i do. Please help.

Doesn’t work used we code on product for helmet
Product says it isn’t on keeps prompting me to connect but it won’t do that. Product is very limited and awful not being able to custom it with the app the defaults are garbage I can’t change them without the app if it worked and allowed me to do that.

Love this product… I am into cosplay and recently constructed a Daft Punk Thomas helmet. These lights were just what I needed to make the light up eyes for my helmet. It took some work to disassemble and install into my helmet but the end results were awesome. The app works great to control the light function. Works great with my iPhone 14 Pro. No issues whatsoever.

I gave up trying to figure out this app but I came back to it one day and it finally connected after a in app update super wierd before but works great now

If it won’t work on a new iPhone, the device, everyone designs for, I doubt it works very well at all…
