This app is the most useless app I have ever seen, apple should take it down ASAP
Over a month spent for an 8-12 days air shipment without communication
Some packages that I was expecting to be delivered to a client within 8-12 days shipping option, spent over a month without being delivered, this has caused a delay of over 2 weeks to the client’s building activities. Secondly, there was no communication whatsoever from Ship2Naija, neither a text, call or an email. I’m really disappointed, cause as I’m currently typing, the package has still not yet arrived. I’ve really had a horrible experience with this company, their customer relation is very poor.

Shady and not trusted
They told me I couldn’t ship the item to Nigeria since the invoice isn’t in my name, I planned on placing a return label which fedex said they couldn’t help me with, instead they can go back and pick the item, we agreed not to ship item, they went ahead in shipping this item and said it under custom clearing whereas it with them, I told them to return this items back to their warehouse so fedex could pick it up, they refused and still with told me they would confiscate the item, I opened a case and fedex claimed it was delivered to their warehouse.
They claim they would confiscate an item that I have no issues with, I only wanted Ot return since you can’t work with the invoice and we all agreed you wouldn’t ship this item, but you went ahead. Work with them at your own risk and they have bad customer service.

Company deserve 0 star
They will frustrate you even after providing all the package invoice and how it was legitimately purchased… They won’t still release your package.. Selling peoples item.. Use them at your own risk… They will sell your package then lie it was with the custom

Omo I wan use the app before but immediately I see all this review I don carry my load go .. someone said they use 2 month to ship his goods.. me way I wan received almost 82 iPhone 11 and 13 and 12 .. how long we that take and watin go be my fees ?

WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. TAKES THEM CENTURY TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE AND TAKES ANOTHER CENTURY FOR THEM TO SHIP YOUR GOODS AND THE SHIPPING FEES ARE HIGH. DO SOMETHING OR GET RID OFTHE COMPANY INSTEAD OF SIPHONING CUSTOMERS…

Very stupid company with stupid people. Crappy app that doesn’t work the most slowest shipping company took up to 2 months before getting your goods too expensive shipping payment. Very worse experience.

Crappy App
You don’t have to an inactive crappy to you customers to download. You put it out there as if your app is perfectly working but it’s not. This app doesn’t deserve nothing in rating.
