Kept sending my package to a wrong address no matter how I updated. Customer service just lies. Don’t use them.
Can login on browser but not on app
I can login on my browser from my phone just fine, but when I try to login on the app, a red bar comes up on the login screen that says “Auth0 authentication went wrong”. I tried logging in with my email and with my suite number. It won’t work. Wondering if this is a scam app meant to take our login information and not actually an app from myUS…

Slow and inefficient
Since the last update the app has been very slow and inefficient plus you removed the face id login which makes it harder

I was with them for 8 years and there was always a few issues but the last 2-3yrs has been an absolute joke!!
