Customer service wasting time and money if you want a return they will deduct half of your cost

Not the Same Service Anymore. Unacceptable service
I was a long-time Desertcart customer and had a good experience before. After re-subscribing to Desertcart, I experienced constant delays, canceled orders, and my money was taken without any refund. I am still waiting for my money back, and customer support has completely ignored all my emails.
This service is no longer trustworthy, and I do not recommend it.
