I was a long-time Desertcart customer and had a good experience before. After re-subscribing to Desertcart, I experienced constant delays, canceled orders, and my money was taken without any refund. I am still waiting for my money back, and customer support has completely ignored all my emails.
This service is no longer trustworthy, and I do not recommend it.

Total scam!
I am very disappointed with this company’s handling of my refund request. They promised to refund SAR 595 for my PRO membership and even confirmed that the process had been initiated. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have never received the refund.
This experience shows a lack of transparency and accountability. I trusted their commitment, but they failed to deliver on their own promise. Poor communication and failure to honor agreements make this service highly unreliable.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them. If a company cannot process a simple refund as promised, how can customers trust them for anything else?

My experience with DesserCart has been extremely disappointing. I was charged AED 699 for a Pro Membership without my clear consent or any prior notification. I never intended to subscribe, and the money was deducted unexpectedly.
When I contacted support to request a refund, I was told they could only return AED 150 out of the AED 699, which felt completely unfair and unacceptable. If a service is charged without proper notice, the customer should not be penalized for it.
This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. A company should be transparent about billing and respectful when resolving customer issues—unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Because of this, I will be sharing my experience across multiple social media platforms to ensure other customers are aware. I also intend to file a formal complaint with the Department of Economic Development (DED) so the matter can be properly reviewed.

Desertcart is easy to use, search an order items from US. It typically takes about 10 days to get the delivery at home.. price is very competitive and Mr Ryan is very supportive

This site and it’s service people have to be my best find since moving from the United States to India. The selection of products is stellar and the service is amazing. A few times a week to get everything from protein powders to ninja blenders.

Daylight robbery!
They charged me close to 200 usd for an annual pro membership that I did not sign up for claiming I tapped on it to avoid delivery charges for a couple of orders I made. They refuse to return the money claiming it is non-refundable. Absolute nonsense! Horrible customer service
