Wish it had a travel used graph. Pretty useless unless you have the fox suspension with four way adjustment
No Connection
Will not connect in app, have confirmed in Bluetooth menu that shockwiz is connected. Taking this back today, lost a customer (and surely many more) until the app actually works.
The suggestions can be interpreted two ways
The suggestions are unclear. For example, when the indicator is yellow or red, on the side of the bar graph that says “Remove air” does that mean removing air is recommended or should air be added to move the indicator toward the “Add air” side of the bar graph? There is no explicit explanation in the manual, instruction videos, or in the app.
Second issue; the app does not properly persist profiles. I have saved several profiles over the last few days, and they appear to remain (even through killing and relaunching the app) but then hours later are no longer visible on the profiles page. I’m forced to take screenshots, but that is so clunky.
Third, the app has a lot of bugs, for example parts of the UI will go missing if the app gets backgrounded on certain screens. I don’t think it’s a native app, but something written once for both Android and iOS in Xamarin or something similar.
Forth, the UX needs a redesign. The use of sub tab bars is inconsistent with Apple’s guidelines, it’s confusing! Go to the profiles tab and then tap on a profile, a nee tab bar shows up. That’s not a good mobile app design. Please don’t swap the tab bar like that.

Doesn't Work
Not sure what's up with the app, but it will not connect or even recognize my shocks. Second time trying to download the app, and it will not work
Optimal für Unerfahrene und Unsichere
Mittlerweile habe ich die Einstellungen auch ohne Shock Wiz recht gut im Griff. Aber hierzu war das Teil eine super Hilfe. Mittlerweile bestätigt es mein Gefühl in der Regel. Aber gerade auch zur Einstellung und Einschätzung von Kinderbikes top! Tipp: kauft euch das Shock Wiz in einer Gruppe. Dann zahlt jeder 50 Euro und man tauscht per Doodle Kalender. Reicht völlig.

Great Potenital, but Application has issues.
When the application works, its great.
1. Unable to see and load profiles without network connection.
2. Home page does not show which profile is loaded, after loading profile. So, if you have multiple proiles with differnt bikes and or fork and rear suspension...good luck.
3. Suggestion provide recomendations outside of the shock capability after loading profile.
4. Results Snapshot DO NOT WORK after loading profile.
5. Unable to determine how much riding is required to obtain 99% confidence in recomedations. Sometimes, I ride an hour with not being able to surpase 50% concifendence. Sometimes, I ride 20 minutes and obtain 99% confidence. It appears to be buggy at times.

App und ShockWiz funktionieren, aber…
Die App sammelt mit ungerechtfertigt zu viele Personen bezogene Daten. Die Option das abzuschalten wird nicht angeboten!
App funktioniert super!
Wie der Titel schon sagt, funktioniert die App einwandfrei. Inzwischen gibt es auch Profile die man sich nach Belieben anlegen kann. Das ist sehr praktisch.
Ich Verbindung zum ShockWiz funktioniert ebenfalls einwandfrei. Die Menüs sind gut strukturiert und, zumindest für mich, Intuitiv bedienbar.
Etwas eindeutiges zu bemängeln gibt es jedoch!
Die deutsche Übersetzung sollte nochmal überarbeitet werden.

Profile werden nicht gespeichert
Das Teil ist von seiner Performance für Hobbyfahrer absolut gut! Ein mega Nachteil ist, dass man die Profile nicht speichern kann! Deswegen nur 2 Punkte! Bei solch ein hohen Anschaffungspreis kann sowas nicht sein! Ich hoffe, das es ein Update geben wird!

Funktioniert tadellos.... würde mich freuen, wenn man zB einen Gabeltyp bzw. die vorhandene Einstellmöglichkeiten auswählen könnte.

The recent update has stopped the detections from opening up the explanation.
App crashes every time I try to connect!
This app is great the one time I was able to connect. Ow every time I try to connect it crashes immediately, Making the $300+ device absolutely useless. Please fix this app!!!!!!

Can not connect to ShockWiz as App crashes
Not a review of how this app works, because it doesn’t work. Impossible to connect to a device because as soon as you try to connect through the app it crashes.

Crashes, won’t connect
App keeps crashing whenever I try to connect to the shockwiz. iPhone 11, both phone and shockwiz up to date. Looks like the app hasn’t been updated for a long time? Please fix this issue before I have to return it.

Was great but it’s wiped all past data
No idea what’s happened all data logged and saved is now gone, attempted to login but no joy still waiting for a password reset

Great once you get used to it
The app works well once you have watched the videos for the device and had a little play.
Einstellempfehlzngen zT falsch
In Summe eigentlich gelungene Anwendung. Jedoch ist zumindest die Anzeige für den Luftdruck falsch (statt laut App Druck erhöhen muss man Druck reduzieren): das kostet Vertrauen in die anderen Parameter und ich muss nun doch zu viel experimentieren, obwohl ich mir das sparen wollte. Dazu ist das Gerät, auf dem die App aufbaut, zu teuer!
