There’s no point in even having the app, you can’t do any different than on regular browser.. I thought maybe I could even favorite things to go back to them later, that feature doesn’t work. You click the heart and nothing happens. If I’m gonna take a screenshot of stuff for later I might as well just go to the website on safari.

False expectations
Not ordering shoes from you all again, as long as you’re using FedEx for your shipping… When ordering, your website gives one satisfying date, and then once I get the email from FedEx to track my shipment it’s added on 4-5 more days. Why does it take a week and a half for my shoes to get to me? I needed these shoes by Friday. I ordered them last week, and now I won’t get them until next week. They were apart of a very special gift for my kids and now the surprise is ruined. So disappointed!

Can’t delete account
Been trying to delete my online account for a month. Contacted customer service and submitted a privacy deletion request through the website but never received a response. The app (not the website) has a button on it to “Delete Your Account” but clicking on it does nothing.

My Favorites Aren’t Saved
I love show carnival, and I like the app. But I can’t get over the fact that anytime I save something to my favorites, it’ll never show up in my favorites when I go to look. And I’m only giving 2 stars because it’s been this way for a couple of years.
scam
tried to make a purchase and it kept saying my card wasn’t working which was weird. Decided not too purchase from and instead went to Journey’s, which my card worked, soon later to find out that Shoe Carnival took almost $300 of my money either way i never purchased anything from this app. Unacceptable to find out i got scammed by Shoe Carnival?

DONT GET THIS APP !!
App is really laggy been wanting to buy these ankle boots, my size isn’t usually in stores so I can’t find them anywhere else, found the exact boots I wanted and my exact size got scammed! said it arrived and it’s not at my doorstep never order from here.

The favorites feature doesn’t work online so I thought maybe the app would…NOPE! Just as online, you can press the heart all you want in the app and neither works! Total waste of time!

I keep getting receipts for shoes I didn’t order but I don’t have any withdrawals
Can’t apply promo code
It doesn’t accept any promo codes regardless if it’s clearly valid coupon or not and offers a live agent chat, but nobody ever answers. This is more than likely done on purpose to get you to pay the full price. If you don’t want to sell your shoes a discounted price, then don’t offer coupons and promo codes. It’s simple.

Fails to Load
I open the app and the welcome screen just sits there with the loading wheel spinning. It’s constant for at least an hour. This has been a persistent problem that has been going on since I installed the app a few years ago.

App keeps crashing, loads up slow, it’s really not worth the hassle. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Lov Shoe Carnival but the app lately just locks & nothing works to reset except shutting off my phone.
Great store but laggy app
My order arrived literally at my doorstep the day after my purchase! Great experience. But I had a lot of trouble getting the app to work I had to re open then open numerous times. It would freeze or just not let me scroll through options period. The app needs a little updating in that area but overall the store is a great place to purchase from.

Una buena mejora no estaría mal.
A pesar que la tienda me gusta mucho, la aplicación Shoe Carnival no.
Mis puntos tiene años que no cambian de 140, así que no tengo recompensas por compras.
Me pongo a escoger zapatos durante el día para que mí familia los elija por la noche con cuales se quedan y desaparecen del carrito de compras.
Y no se diga de guardarlos en favoritos porque simplemente no existe una lista visible en favoritos.
Así mismo sucede desde la Aplicación, correo electrónico y mensajes tienen la misma interfaz,
además que la aplicación es lenta al navegar en ella.

App doesn’t work well
The app usually works well but then when u want to see some shoes it just wont let me scroll anymore and then sometime the buttons don’t work either
