Terrible Shopping Company
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! I paid money for shipping and it still took almost 2 weeks to receive my order. When I received the order, the shoes were mashed and bent up the shoe boxes were ripped and bent all up. Customer service only gave me the option to return the items and receive a refund which would take some days.

🤬 Straightforward
Shoe Palace has some of the worst shoe quality I’ve experienced. I buy in bulk, and over the past five months, I’ve had to send back more than 17 pairs because of quality issues. At this point, I’m convinced that’s why they charge a restocking fee—because so many customers end up returning their shoes. The quality should be better, especially when you’re spending money on for quality products.

Terrible customer service and delivery time
I ordered a pair of shoes on their app it didn’t have anywhere that said how long shipping might take until after I ordered it, so I ordered the shoes and paid almost $40 for shipping just for it to take over a month to ship. I tried to cancel my order immediately after finding out that the expected delivery date was 3 weeks but the customer service was terrible and didn’t help me at all. I recommend buying shoes somewhere else because they charge to much for shipping and take way to long.

Good but laggy
Everytime I try to make an account it says" error loading page reload the page" andeverytime I do it says the same thing over and over again so If your team can please try to fix thisbug it would help me a lot an make me be able to buy from you guys too so please fix this bug 😀
