Terrible customer service and delivery time
I ordered a pair of shoes on their app it didn’t have anywhere that said how long shipping might take until after I ordered it, so I ordered the shoes and paid almost $40 for shipping just for it to take over a month to ship. I tried to cancel my order immediately after finding out that the expected delivery date was 3 weeks but the customer service was terrible and didn’t help me at all. I recommend buying shoes somewhere else because they charge to much for shipping and take way to long.

Shipping sucks
I’ve ordered 2 pair both took over a month to be delivered and both shoes sat on shelves at the store. Paying almost $30 in shipping just to wait over a month for shoes that are sitting in stores is ridiculous. And not even having the option to pick up at local store. I will never buy from this app again and I’ll inform everyone in my area to never buy with this app as well. 1 star is too high a rating.

This company needs to go out of business. Why sell shoes online if you don’t have them in stock. Making customers wait over 20 days for shoes that come poorly packaged. This experience has been terrible and I will never shop with you again not even in store.
Terrible Place
Shoe Palace is the most terrible shoe retailer that I have encountered and I will NEVER spend another dime in this place. Call the customer service line and you’re left on hold for over a hour to speak to someone, they take your money for orders that they don’t ship out and then charges you $15 cancellation fees when you cancel the order after waiting 14 days for a tracking number.

Incorrect inventory
Inventory is always incorrect, they never update it, you order something wait weeks and receive random email stating such and such is now out of stock. Update the app!!!! Remove items no longer in stock! Happens waayyy to often

i ordered a sprayground backpack and it told me that the package was lost so i called customer service and 10 minutes went and nobody answered, i called for two weeks and still nothing, i tried to call fedex but they only told to call the store i ordered the product. Customer service is trash, i texted, called an even emailed and no one answered so i lost 80 dollars.

Customer service for these people is nonexistent, spoke with the rudest most unsympathetic customer service rep that I have ever come across CSR number 80 here for this company. Ordered some shoes they sent me a completely wrong order. They packaged it up in a plastic bag. The box I received was completely ruined. This is the second time in two orders that they have dropped the ball. Their customer service is the worst in the business they will make a mistake and you will have to wait And absolutely ridiculous amount of time to get things resolved supervisors don’t call back and customer service is none Existent. poorly employed outfits like this should be shut down I see now why they always have an abundance of shoes charging for shipping no rewards programs and messing people’s orders up consistently every time they order it is an absolute joke and a company that should not be allowed to operate in the United States. Take your incompetence overseas, please and stop screwing us with your sorry employees that you have staffed to help customers they are no help at all.

Wouldn’t take Apple Pay, Venmo or PayPal. Finally took my CC after an hour of trying to buy 1 hat only for them to randomly cancel my order the next day and ignore the email I sent asking for an explanation. Maybe they didn’t want to honor the deal (hat was on sale) in which case, just update the website cuz the deal is still on the app 3 weeks later lol. Major scam vibes, probably a waste of time if not money. Shop elsewhere ✌️

(Zero star rating) Ordered pair of nike dunks in the beginning of December. Package got lost by fedex and shoe palace wont help at all. They wont return my eamils, I’ve sent multiple no response. I basically got robbed beware buyers. Stick to stock x. Wont be using this app again

I recently tried to make a purchase which on the app showed available then when it came time to checkout I was able to do, got the notification saying I’ll get my confirmation shortly sent to my email. The only email I received from them stated my order was cancelled. So I thought it was my credit card so I tried another and received the same message. Tried another credit card and same thing. I sure hope they aren’t recording my card information for fraudulent use. If you do order from this app please be careful. I immediately deleted the app!!
