App needs fixing!

The app and website kept crashing every time I tried to check out. First I tried ordering on my phone, which went into a continuous loop. Refreshing it had no effect so I had to use the back button to “leave checkout”. I then moved on to my iPad hoping that would solve the problem, It did not! Took me about 6-7 different attempts before I was finally able to place my order. Not a pleasant experience especially when the item I was ordering was extremely “low in stock”.

Amazing!

I always buy my shoes and boots from this wonderful store. I can get boots that are not available elsewhere and have them sent to me. Always quick delivery and returns, although I have never sent a pair back yet!
I would definitely recommend this store. They are brilliant

Fab app…. Love the wish list!

Great east app - really like the wish list and it keeps items in there and updates prices which is fab. Overall very quick and easy to use! Thank you x

Amazing bargains but the app has some glitches when it comes to processing the payment. I have ordered quite a few times from the app over the year and gave the same issues every time. Other than that brilliant for shopping 😊

Good service

Brilliant site Reasonably priced items and good quality. Delivery charge acceptable and not too expensive. I would recommend this size 5 star

Charged twice for my order

On my first time using the app, my order seems to have been processed twice, with two separate order numbers. On the order confirmation emails there is no contact information to get in touch with customer services about this.

Non existent customer service

I paid for next day delivery, and three days later I’m still waiting. Received an email saying parcel had been dispatched Wednesday morning, but courier has never received parcel. Emailed but still not even an acknowledgement, and three live chats later, despite being told three times a refund for postage would be processed and order would arrive, still nothing. Customer service staff not helpful, one was quite rude and I’ve been told to be patient !!! It was a birthday present, I couldn’t be patient, that’s why I paid extra for next day delivery. I’ve now had to buy another birthday present, which cost more money. Totally unimpressed with a site I used on a regular basis .... but I’ll not be buying from them again.

Great little app. Didn’t believe that so many brands could be in one place at such a good price! Fast shipping too. Great stuff I am now officially a Shoeaholic!

Released without proper testing!

I love the idea of the app as I’m a huge fan but it’s not been properly tested and has lots of bugs. The most frustrating is that the size filter doesn’t work. I only want to see shoes I can buy! The swipe up feature on the mini highlights (e.g. biker boots) doesn’t work well with iPhone swipe up to see all open apps function. The product information isn’t complete - I want to be able to see what materials the shoes are made from. I ended up going to the website to choose my shoes then going back to the app hoping to get the promised 20% off - and this didn’t work either! This release seems to have been rushed and not tested properly. Really hope the next version is better.

Wobbly start - improvement required!

Hi, I’m a big fan of Shoeaholics, so was pleased to load the new app. I’ve just ordered my first pair of shoes via the app; it felt like it had gone backwards on the excellent website; this was all due to the ordering process, recognising my existing account and payment. It was not a smooth or intuitive process, seemed slow and long winded. I almost ended up ordering the same pair of shoes, three times. Poor app at this stage!!

Take my money!!!

Have used Shoeaholics for years now, and I love it.
But to have it now in app form, well now I’m going to be in trouble.

The app flows seamlessly, it’s quick and very easy to use. Going to make it so much easier to find what I’m looking for or in case of most things I buy, not what I was looking for but just needed in my life!
