আমি ১৪/০২/২৬ এ একটি টিকিট কেটেছিলাম,ওইটা ১৫ তারিখ যাওয়ার কথা ছিলো।যাওয়ার আগে একজন কল করে বলে যে আমার টিকিট ক্যেন্সেল করে দিসে।পরে শহজ ওই টাকা টা আর রিফান্ড করে নাই।আমার টাকা টা মেরে দিসে এরা।বাস কোম্পানির নাম কেটিসী হানিফ।।এরা প্রাতারক।

People associated with this app are the biggest scammers in Bangladesh. They hoard Bangladesh Railway tickets illegally so that they can sell them at higher prices.
Normal people can’t even get to purchase Rail tickets through apps because of these fraudsters.

Good initiative but Worst aps
Whoever the developers behind this aps just ruining this good business. This app got hundreds of issues and purchasing one ticket by overcoming these challenges is like winning a war. I don’t who are the owners of this business! I would suggest you to purchase one ticket every day using this aps to understand how inefficient your developers are. Totally frustrating!

Bus tickets show no options for any dates after selecting from/to cities, whereas hundreds of options through the website. Something isn’t integrating and this app isn’t being developed. Attention developers. Non functioning app. The only function that works is logging in via phone number but cannot purchase any tickets.

Uninstalling because of their railway scam. Simply ridiculous.
Add more travel companies.
More companies for bus tickets such as - Green line Paribahan, Shohagh Paribahan, Desh Travels, Soudia, Paharika, Purabi Paribahan, Purbani Paribahan etc should be added. There are no options to buy ticket for saint martin. Many more destinations & travel companies should be added as soon as possible.

Accepts orders! Takes bkash payment and tells after 1 hour that delivery is not possible!
And returns the money after 3/4 days!
