Comfort and sound
The sound is uncompromising and the fit very comfortable. I do not like in the ear, earbuds because they make my ear canal itchy and block out the surrounding sounds. When walking it is important to be able to hear your surroundings for safety, these provide safety and a sound experience that is extremely comfortable.

I love that the app shows you battery percentage since you can’t tell on the case. I have the runner and air fit. The multi connect feature is super neat too
All day power
Well I got up at 5am and put these in n about 6am it is now 16:19 and they have 60% battery left. Sometimes they get heavy on the ear but hats get you sore too. I excellent sound easy to wear.

Why did I waited so long
I should have bought Shokz long time ago, am so happy with this product. It feels good around my ears and I could hear everything around me. It doesn’t look bad either, need to make the battery to last a little longer. Love your product
App boost the ability of your already awesome headset
Headset does everything it promises add the app, and it enhances all of the headset abilities and giving you control of your sound. With the app an equalizer mode is available and you may boost your volume as well and so much more if you read audible book it has us me well. First of its kind
Had these for a few months now, used them in multiple runs including 5k & 10k Races, trail runs, long run weekends and Norwegian 4x4s. They’ve held up great and I can still hear the people I run with and my surroundings.

I recently purchased a set of Shokz and like them very much. This is the first set of open ear headphones; I find that I can comfortably wear them all day and particularly happy when wearing them in bed.

Shokz dots 2
Just received my shokz dots 2 and downloaded the app. It was nice because I could easily register my dots, in case of needing to use warranty. I was able to download the latest firmware and learn the prompts of the dots just from using the app as soon as I opened them. Hope it continues to be easy and uncomplicated to use.

Costco model not supported
Review title says it all. I bought the behind-the-head model from Costco only to find the app doesn’t work with them…at all. Will not connect.
Dark Mode Gone?
I believe my app has updated as of recently and the number 1 thing I noticed was that the option to change the app appearance in the app has been taken away. I am now stuck with the bright assaulting white background when using the app. If the option is still available then it is not easily found because I’ve searched for it all through the app and no luck finding it so I assume it’s gone. If the option to being back the app appearance to dark mode or any other dark color other than white that would be most appreciated.
