Fast charging (this was a surprise). I only wish they charged whilst in the protective case! I trust them to stay in place during running exercise. Definitely recommended.

I bought my Headphones and immediately downloaded the app afterwards. Everything about it has been helpful and straight forward. If you’ve got the product you have to have the app to go with it!

Amazing Open Dots 2 and app
I love the Open Dots 2. They are much better than my AirPods Pro. They stay in my ear, have great sound quality, and comfortable. I also love the app. I’m able to customize the sound and touch options.

Once I found out year’s ago about this company and how you can wear earbuds comfortably and still be able to hear your surroundings I was hooked!! I’ve bought me & my Husband several different pairs but when you came out with the individual earbuds and I was able to lay in bed comfortable and still listen to the videos on my phone I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! I’m never buying any other brands and I’ve recommended them to several other people!! Plus their customer service is the best service of any company I’ve ever had to deal with!! If you don’t have any of their products you don’t have what you’re missing!!! GO NO BEFORE YOU WAIT YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!! You won’t regret it!!

These are perfect for all types of workouts. They don’t slip off and the sound is great, even with multiple shop fans on in our gym. Highly recommended.

I’ve never seen anything excellent like this with this price. I can listen to whatever and still hear if someone talk to me. Now that’s that come to the product texture itself is soft like ******* and I love it it’s worth my money!!!!
App launches itself randomly
The App launches itself Randomly, app colour settings don’t work or change with system, so why have it in the app. Doesn’t seem to be official supported on iPad. The App in general is very poor. Not sure where the headphones are as good as my Aeroplex Afterskokz.
