Nice phones useless app

The PX8 headphones are nice but the app is completely useless. Sync’ed to music service but it won’t play anything via 4/5G or wifi. Everything I search for returns where the track is in a million different playlists and not the album. It then skips every track and says playback failed. I just go directly to the music service and it works so the app is totally pointless.
