Shoot360 is very fun to go to and work on your basktball skills all of the coaches are very helpful the music is good too I always enjoy coming and you get a lot better at your game!

The app makes it so easy to book workouts, personal trainings, and classes. Even if you don’t have a membership!
Can’t even book
Shows 6spots available for multiple times and I select alll different times, it says “service not available” what a joke. When I call them, no one answers the phone!!!!! Can’t even reach them to give them my business!
Can’t book a workout
The app is terrible. I can’t book a single workout. Everytime I try to book something it says “Sorry, No services are available for purchase” even though I can see how many slots there are. I seen other people in the reviews having the same problem before I made this review

Multiple kids account are not showing up.
I cannot switch to my second child’s account on this app. It only shows one child.
Unable to Book Without Membership Renewal on the 1st
This policy feels unfair. I don’t understand why it’s set up this way. I registered my membership on the 8th last month, but now I can’t make any reservations from the 1st to the 7th unless I renew my membership on the 1st. While phone reservations are possible, the lines only open at 2 pm each day, meaning I often miss the slots I want. It’s disappointing.

Great place - bAD app!
Love 360 facility and what it offers . Been members for 2 years . But ....the app is so bad . It bugs out and won't let you book. And it won't let you chance locations . Every "update" makes the app worse than before . Now you can only see the last workout , or the previous week/month. You can't scroll back and see 3 workouts ago. They need a new developer this thing is trash!!!

App doesn't work
This app is awful! You cannot log in... if you reinstall the app it will work one time. Doesn't allow you to modify scheduled workouts or set up personal training, very disappointing!
App developers
The people who developed this app are from Bolivia. How do I know? Because it makes zero sense. I feel like the app gets worse with every up date. The app also is failing in certain areas and makes you log back in. Please hire experienced developers. Especially people with experience in basketball apps

It takes forever to load
It takes forever to load, I have to sit there for like 2 minutes straight just to load in, it takes in extra 2 minutes to load into the booking page, then another 2 minutes to have it load for it to schedule. Whenever I try to cancel an appointment, it loads for so long that it doesn’t let me cancel it.

Can’t login after latest update May 14th-15th 2024
Once credentials are entered it says session expired immediately. Major bug fixes needed for this update! Horrible update

Just DL Newest version and can’t get in. This app / program has been nothing but a headache. There are not enough time slots. I have to wake up at midnight to get into the app and attempt to secure a spot. Servers are slow. Its a mess. We are a Ultimate Fieldhouse member.
App no longer works with update
We have been members for about 2 weeks and they just sent an update out and we can no longer use the app at all. Cannot schedule a thing unfortunately and my son is dying to play. Very frustrating.
Unable to access new app
I am stuck in a loop when I enter my location, username and password and get redirected right back to the same spot. Cannot log into the updated app- but I can still access via web browser. I updated my password when logging into the updated app as well. Help.
