always says server maintenance
for well over a year every time i try to use this app it says itâs under server maintenance and then closes the app. iâve tried deleting and redownloading the app but nada
Issues with app!
Every time I go to open the app a box pops up with the note saying âclosed for maintenance srry for inconvenience.â Then the whole app shuts off. Itâs been like this for a few days now and I really want to shop! The app is otherwise fairly simple and easy to use. Itâs frustrating that it canât even be used now. If the issue is resolved I will update my rating but for now itâs just 2 stars bcuz it canât even be used!

As of 2/27/25 the app is still not working! I just tried again and it still gives the same msg as b4 then immediately shuts down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling âŚ. does nothing to fix the issue.

Scrolling is not very smooth. It kind of makes looking through the pages harder to do. The scroll is much slower than all my other apps.
New App
American Threads recently made a new version of their app. Personally, I like the old layout better but that is not the problem. My current problem is that if I click on an item, there is nowhere on the app to leave the item. When looking at a specific item, there is not back arrow to bring me back to the page I was previously on.

Great customer service!
The dress I ordered for my daughter was too small so I returned it and ordered a bigger size. The replacement came and it was a size smaller. I emailed customer service and they were super responsive and credited me the shipping to send the dress back and for the size I needed. The dress is really pretty and good quality! I would recommend them.

Placed my order, items arrived damaged. Emailed for a resolution, it has been days now & still no response. I would not recommend ordering from this website!! A waste of my money.

Front page of app provides free shipping code but it doesnât work. Discount codes for signing up for notifications donât work or selected items are âexcludedâ. Feels like thereâs a missed opportunity here.

Received incorrect amount of items and customer service is avoiding my contacts. Very disappointed and will bring this issue up further.
Needs work
I downloaded the app to receive a discount on my order, but based on this experience I will probably delete the app and just use the browser site for any future purchases.
UI is clunky, buggy, and slow; no option to filter at all, and finding a category (eg, "skirts") is unintuitive; if you use the search bar, half the results that show up will be sold out and you can't filter them out (why would I want search results that are sold out?); if you click an embedded link in an item description and then add that secondary item to your cart, it's actually the first item that will be added to your cart (ie, I click on a skirt, the description says "try pairing with this shirt!", I click the link for the shirt and add it to my cart, but the skirt is added instead); and I experienced multiple crashes and oversights in the checkout process.
I love this brand, and I hope they give some extra love and attention to their systems and processes. I had to unsub from the emails because the subject lines were egregiously dishonest clickbait and the app is in serious need of testing and repair. Additionally, I'm nervous to make big purchases on a clunky app because according to other reviews, customer service isn't responsive when an order goes wrong or a glitch occurs. It's frustrating that a fresh and exciting brand like this is so behind industry standards in these critical areas.
